Casa Callaway sits at the southern end of Playacar Phase I right on the Caribbean and just a short 15 minute walk from the ferry dock and the lure of 5th Avenue. One of the only modern homes in the area, the house even has it's own architectural pyramid roof! While the house comfortably sleeps 8, three of the four bedrooms has a sleeper futon to accomodate children. We respectfully ask for no spring breakers and no more than 8adults occupy this home. The maid will keep the property neat and tidy while you while away the days on the Mayan Riviera from the comfort of this luxury villa. Swim in the pool, enjoy walks through Playacar and enjoy all the water activities you can imagine right from the sands of the Caribbean.

Area Information

Casa Callaway is located in Playacar Phase I. It is the southernmost house on the beach in the gated community. It is located just north of the Reef Club Playacar.

The Mayan Riviera is comprised of the area just south of the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It stretches along 75 miles of the Mexican Caribbean coastline in the southeastern part of of the Yucatan Peninsula. Weather is ideal, beautiful white sandy beaches, crystal clear blue waters make for a perfect vacation destination. The term Riviera Maya is fairly new and has varied definitions, it starts approx. 10 miles south of Cancun the seaside village of Puerto Morelos and includes places like Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum.
